FOUR ways we can help
Whether you're still figuring out where to start or you already know what you want to build, there's a clear entry point for you.
What We Offer
We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client. Have something else in mind? We'd be happy to work with you to create a custom quote.
-
Understand the opportunity before you commit to anything.
Most businesses don't need to start with a big AI project. They need to start with a clear-eyed look at what they've actually got, where they're losing time and money, and what's realistically worth automating or AI-enabling.
That's what the Stack Review does.
In a 90-minute structured session, we work through your tools, your processes, and your pain points. We ask the questions you might not have thought to ask, and we take notes so you don't have to.
Within 3 to 5 working days, you'll receive a written, fully bespoke AI Opportunity Report; a plain-English breakdown of what we found, what it's costing you, and what we'd recommend doing about it. With real numbers and specific solutions, not vague suggestions.
You'll also get a 30-minute debrief call to go through the report together and agree what (if anything) the right next step looks like.
-
Connect your tools. Cut the repetitive steps. Get your time back.
If your team is copying data between systems, chasing things that should happen automatically, or spending time on tasks a machine could handle in seconds, you’ve got an automation problem.
We build workflow automations that connect your existing tools and make your data move the way it should. No more manual copy-paste. No more things falling through the cracks because someone forgot to update the spreadsheet.
Built with full documentation and a proper handover so your team understands exactly what's running and why.
-
Custom AI agents that handle the conversations and tasks your team shouldn't have to.
An AI agent is more than a chatbot, it’s an autonomous system that's been built and trained specifically for your business, using your information, your tone, and your processes.
Done properly, it can handle enquiries, qualify leads, answer staff questions, and manage repetitive interactions at any hour of the day.
Done badly (and most are) it's a frustrating, unreliable inconvenience that makes your business look worse than if you'd had nothing at all.
We build agents properly. That means thorough discovery, careful system prompt development, real-world testing, and a handover that leaves your team confident rather than confused.
-
Support your build post handover with the Troop Retainer.
Every build comes with 30 days of included email support. After that, we offer a monthly retainer for ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and iteration so whatever we’ve built keeps working, keeps improving, and you've got someone to call when something needs changing.
Our Process
Discover
Whether you’re starting with a Stack Review, Automation or Agent build, we run a dedicated discovery session using our own structured discovery template. This is where we get into the detail: the opportunity, trigger, steps, data, tools, processes, edge cases, and (crucially) what "done" actually looks like.
Scope
For Automation or Agent builds, before a single line of code is written, you'll receive a fixed-price Statement of Work covering scope, timeline, investment, platforms, and what happens if something changes mid-project.
Deliver
We deliver your solution to the agreed spec, with internal testing and quality gates before you see a single thing. You'll be invited to a client review session where we walk you through a live demonstration and incorporate any feedback. If it's in scope, it goes in. If it's a new requirement, we're honest about that.
Enable
We write plain-English documentation for every project (the kind that actually makes sense to the person who'll actually manage it day-to-day). We also run a live training session with the relevant members of your team, confirm everything's running smoothly, and get formal written sign-off before we close the project.
