Gorillaaa was established by Ben. Ben has spent his entire career in sales, covering roles including SDR, AE, AM, Sales Manager, Strategist, Coach and Consultant. He’s seen sales done right and done wrong enough times to know what works and what doesn’t.

We started by running 8 structured interviews with business leaders across operations, technical delivery and project management. We also undertook detailed analysis of the client’s value proposition, competition and the wider market. We produced full audit and strategy documents which laid out the best sales strategy. This included their Ideal Client Profiles, strongest performing offers, an opportunity map and target account recommendations.

With the strategy set, we implemented lemlist as their primary outbound tool and identified 50 accounts across 3 ICPs to prospect to. We also set up email marketing infrastructure and a website chatbot. The client landed 3 new deals in 4 weeks.

To supplement the strategy, we advised on how to grow the client’s team to facilitate the sales team, monitored campaign progress and produced a detailed report of the results so the client can make a data-driven decision about how to move forward.

We can support several leading CRMs and we use lemlist for sales automation. If you have Sales Navigator in place, all the better, but it’s not essential.

Our pricing is fixed, but may vary from the prices quoted above if the setup is more complex. We’ll be up front with you about this if it happens. You’ll know exactly what you’re paying and what you’re getting for it before we start work. Payment terms are 50% up front, 50% on completion.
